As Head of Sales, Yannick was later decisively involved in making softgarden one of the best-known recruiting software providers in Europe.
Putu is our software hero. As an experienced engineer with deep knowledge of AI and agent technology, he ensures that Paul not only remains an idea, but also delivers results every day as a scalable platform.
Today, we're building Paul's Job together — the next generation of recruiting software. Instead of just providing tools, we rely on AI recruiting agents that intelligently automate applicant communication, pre-screening and scheduling. Our goal: to make recruiting easier, faster and more human.
