Paul and Paul at the Embrace Festival

In June we joined the Embrace Festival – right at the heart of the HR community. A few thousand recruiters, HR professionals and tech folks came together in Berlin to discuss the future of work and recruiting.

We were in the middle of it all: Dom joined a panel with three other speakers to talk about the role of agentic AI in HR. From early experiments to real-world use cases – it was exciting to feel the curiosity and energy in the room.

Next to the panel, we also had our own little booth. That’s where we welcomed visitors, shared demos, and had lots of great conversations over coffee. A special highlight: together with Teamwork, we hosted a session where one of their employees – also named Paul – talked about his experience using our Paul. “Paul meets Paul” brought some laughs and made the whole thing even more personal.

For us, Embrace was a big success: we reconnected with familiar faces, met many new ones, and experienced first-hand how much AI in recruiting is shaping the industry right now. Most of all, it left us with the feeling of being part of a community that truly wants to rethink how things are done – and that’s exactly what drives us forward.
